The meeting of the Principal Investigators of the RUSALCA project took place in Miami (Florida, USA) during the period of time from 9th to 12th of March, 2012. The discussion was about the research plans during the two legs (stages) of the expedition of 2012. Reports of the Principal Investigators about the directions of the research, planned scientific experiments and the time of the work were presented. In the framework of the meeting the first version of the detailed plan of the two legs (stages) of the expedition of 2012 and the list of the
participants were drafted.
